The services provided by PSA are operated by a network of
law enforcement officers, retired officers and public affiliates who are trained to carry out these services. These servers
are required to provide proper notification to their respective employers if active. Additionally, any forms that are to be
completed for department notification are kept on file with PSA. As an optional service, since our employees are working
in a geographic location they are familiar with, PSA may provide a locate service for an additional fee.
First attempt of service will always be performed within
a 72 hour period. A rush service for an additional fee will be attempted in the first 24 hours or by the end of the business
day. If the first attempt fails due to an improper address, these results are forwarded to the client the same business day.
If the firm makes use of the optional locate service, these efforts shall begin immediately. If the person is found at another
location and the service is performed, both the old address and the new address of service will be listed on the affidavits.
When the affidavit is provided to the clerk of the court, an addendum shall be recorded for the suite as well if required.
